Kimpex Vantage tracks too short ?

We have 2 Vmax540's and 1 Phazer II with different Kimpex Vantage 121" tracks all have the adjuster bolt nuts backed all the way out (axle forward) in order to get the track installed. The tracks are so tight that they are already too tight, any ideas ?

If I remember right my ripsaw was pretty tight when I originally put it on. It loosened up pretty quick. I would say if is close, run it for a while and check it again.

All 3 are stock sleds with stock suspensions/idlers and all 3 have been run at least several hunderd miles and still with the adjusters all the way out the tracks are tight.
