Cutting down windshield


I have tried tin snips = not so good. a small air powered jig saw works great for a rough first cut, then use a angle grinder with a sanding disc to smooth it all out.. comes out like factory. Did it on Viper and SRX.. here is a pic of viper.

Cutoff wheel works great, did my SRX w/s and the plastics on my Raptor wheeler, take a lil emery paper and a heat gun to the edges to smooth em out

i used a knif lol! be carefull knif hurt when u cut your hand. not the best thing i wouldnt encourage you to use a knif haha
 
I trimmed my buddy's Exciterr w/s down with my 2" cuttoff wheel. I taped of a line and followed the line. I then installed some w/s trim from Dennis kirk to finish off the edge, I did use a file to clean up the edge. looks goood Al
