im back well i put on a new belt and im not over revving any more . my engagement is 3800 and my WOT rpms are 8200 all the way no more bog down . but my air silencer (breather) boot on my pto side keeps coming off the carb, took it all apart cleaned and put back together still happens and there was oil in my breather, any solutions? oh ya my clutching is totally stock . and also what mods should i do to gain hp without sacrificing relaibility ? thanks yous are the best.

My air box boots kept falling off on the pto side so i used hose clamps. 2000 miles and still on.

ya there factory clamps . so i think my clutches are probably warn alittle over 10,000 km on sled what should do??

you might be tightening the clams too tight and there squeezing off the carb throat,loosen up some,,as far clutches what are you asking rpms seem pretty good,if you got high mileage on the sled clutch should be inspected and bushings replaced if needed.
