Hey all,
I have an older 1987 SRV, only 1290 miles on it really clean, have not run it for some time, starts up first pull took it out for an hour or so all fine, then all of the suddent the throttle is stuck in HIGH rev,,,,,,any suggestions? I WD-40 the heck out of the cable at the thumb control, cable looks loose, and at the carb, any other suggestions?
Has this happened to anyone else, let me know, and thanks in advance

i had a throttle sticking, thought my clutch wasn't disengaging, but turned out my carb was half out of the boot, put it back in and sticking was gone(no clue how) but might have had a bend in it...
