Can I put a 1.5 lug track on my Vmax 500 without changing the drivers?

Probably not.
When I changed the stock track on my 97 venture, if I wanted the 1.25 ripsaw and studs, I had to change drivers from 9t to 8tooth ones. Since I didn't want to change drivers, I went with a .92 track and studs, which was a huge upgrade from the stock low lug track.
So, I doubt it, I don't think there is much more room than 1.35" or so with 9t drivers.
