Hey Y'all,
I just tuned my sled up and took it out for a ride and realized the track was loose. I went to tighten it up and both brackets that adjustment nuts seat on are caved in. Has any ever seen this or know of an aftermarket solution with heavy duty ones?
I am running a 1.5 Ripsaw with 192 studs.
Thanks
Scott

I think there was a thread on this last year... I think the problem was a hard landing on the back of the skid, you know coming down and hitting the back wheels hard with the skis up in the air.
I had mine do that from the rear axle hitting hard. I replaced them with new Yamaha ones. If I remember those are real rivets where you need a bucking bar and gun.
you can use bolts to put them back onwith lock nuts
now that would have been much easier! I was fortunate to have a co-worker with the tools to lend.maxdlx said:you can use bolts to put them back onwith lock nuts
It is how all of the rail extensions I have ever installed have you reinstall them. most send SS bolts and lock nuts
