2000 700 srx power valve would it fit 1999 srx 700

hi guys need some help!!!

will a 2000 srx 700 power valves cable and servo motor work on a 1999 srx 700.

Does the difference in oil make gives u more power from the sled? What should the compression be on the cyl?
