I HAVE to get out to ride and some of us are headed to Indian River. Please tell me there is 12 feet of snow and no traffic.
I keep track of conditions by using http://www.fishweb.com/recreation/snowmobile/trails/index.html
or http://www.johndee.com/ncn/ncn.htm
I was going to go there with my cousin and uncle this coming week, but dont think Im going to make it. Good luck

Was up last weekend and the weather was taking its toll on the trailhead but the woods were still good. You should be fine with the cold temps and the lake effect they have been getting all week.

Indian River has good snow. Was up in the area Yesterday 1-31-10. West of Gaylord has good snow, the East side only has a couple of new inches.
