Hi, i was checking out my viper today and i noticed under the engine there was fresh oil from the oil injection. when i put my hand down there it is on the motor under the crankcase and also on the frame under the engine. Do any oil lines run under the engine? How do you bypass the oil injection? Do you just let the tank go dry and unhook the cable and mix the gas? There is not alot of it down there but it is fresh oil so there must be a leak somewhere..... Thanks.

Are you sure it isn't coming from the airbox? Common for the airbox to leak oil/fuel mix that's spit back into it from the carbs. There are holes in the bottom of the box. Try what Daman did and push some vacuum hose into the holes to create a damn but still allow air through.
If indeed you do have a leak and want to run premix, run it dry and just run the premix. Can't see a reason why you'd need to disconnect any of it.

Crankbearing must have oil. OEM it takes the oil from the oil injection. I run my viper without oilpump but I have a hose from the crank that I fill with oil
Yes there is a hose under the engine. I would just fix the hose if that is the problem. I would make sure you know what the problem is though. Running pre-mix seems a bit like using a sledgehammer to drive a finish nail.

So there is an oil line that goes to the bottom of the crankcase? Thats where it seems like its leaking from. I dont think its coming from the airbox because its on the bottom of the crankcase, and it's pure blue injection oil. If you premix the gas doesn't the crankbearings still get oil?

yes there is an oil line that feeds your crank bearings oil! your bearings will get a little oil with premix but not enough to keep running without problems as viperhauck mentioned you can fill an oil line with oil before every ride but thats just a pain in the @ss
