i just got a 2002 viper. it has slp triple pipes, when i took it for the first ride today if i gave it any more than a 1/4 throttle it would bog down. it would still pull 70-80mp/h on the speedo but if i gave it more than 1/4 throttle it would actually slow down to 30/40mp/h. i pulled the plugs and the pto side was wet, changed them and the same thing happened. it looks like my pto powervale has oilleaking between the valve and the cap. could this be the problem? help i had arctic cats outrunning me

Have your carbs off or airbox lately? Oil Cable pull out of the adjuster? Had it happen to me a couple times.

The throttle/oil cables run over top of the airbox, I always have to pull my oil cable out of the way to get my airbox out. Sometimes it pulls the oil cable out of the adjuster and it just loads the sled up with oil.
Only way to know the carbs & valves are clean is to verify that yourself... Have dealt with to many dealers saying they did something when in fact they didn't.....

check the carbs are back in the bubber boots fully on the motor side, and that the airbox is in the bubber boots of the carbs all the way

Didn't even realize you said it has pipes on it. Jetting is probably off.
