SRX cases?

Is there any difference between the engine cases on a 79 SRX from a 77 SRX and could you use a set of 79 cases with everything else from a 77 SRX?

I will have to check but I think the bearing arrangement is different. I do have a set of 77 cases and a mag housing with a serial # for sale however!

HMAN THEY ARE CLOSE, BUT I THINK WHERE THE MAG HOUSEING BOLTS TO CASE IS DEFFERENT. I KNOW FOR SHURE STUDS WILL BE DEFFERENT. 3:16 (yammie tony)
