skis for 99 Venture 700 touring

I looking for advice, for skis that would work well with my sled (99 venture 700 touring) if anyone tried some or have any input please let me know

Plastic or skin, single or double carbide

I have a 98 700 venture. Went from skins to plastic and would nevr run anythings else ever again. Good luck.
