I was on a different site in October and they listed a 2 years Wisconsin pass for less money. Now it says site is gone. Was this some one just jacking with me?

I do know that out of state rates have gone up.
AFAIK, there is no way yo get cheaper licenses for a sled. All are handled by the DNR, so there won't be any way to get a discount.
