I need some help , I have a 2004 viper s and when it idles the h lights are ok when i turn on the hi beams and the heated grips or hit the brakes the guages quit and the lights get dimmer ?? so far I have replaced the voltage regulator and the relay on the outside of the Lh foot well the five pin relay I am not sure what the four pin relay is for , I am thinking to replace the stator ?? please help ???

Captnviper is right on the money. Mine did the same thing, all same symptoms. Stator cures it.
