Track question

I have an extra track for my machine. The one I have on now is scary worn. Will it hurt anything to remove the studs on the replacement track. Does it depend if it was drilled or the holes were molded? I tow the kids around on a sled from time to time so I am a little concerned about throwing a stud.

The track will be fine to use if you remove the studs. The holes for the studs are in the track whether there are studs in place or not so there is no larger loss of strength or potential for tearing with or without the studs.

Thanks. Should I put a torch to them to "fuse" the hole. You know to keep it from fraying?

UR track will be fine,when i buy a new sled yep out goes the studs.
