and had a great time despite the terrible trails. We stayed at a buddies place in Bessemer and rode up to Octonogon one day and to Bad River Casino the other. Not as much riding as I would have liked but we had 3 sleds break down in the group. First day, a Firecat hit a stump and bent the jack shaft. 2nd day a Polaris 600 put a stud thru the front heat exchanger. 3rd day the 900cc F7 blew his secondary. This was my first time riding with this group and my "heavy" Yamaha made some believers. I ran one of the guys on his 02 edge 800 across Sunday lake and embarrassed him. I weigh 250 and he weighs 150 soaking wet and he still didn't have a chance. Another guy had a 08 SkiDoo renegade 800 that hooked out of the hole but had no chance from a running start. I was constantly having to back off the throttle on the straightaways because I was gaining to much ground on the guys in front of me. The one negative of the weekend were the conditions of the trails. Mogul city and it really highlighted the shortcomings of the suspension on my sled. How much straight line speed would I lose putting an M10 on it?

Probably 5-10 mph if your track is adjusted correctly. The comfort and control is amazing with this skid.I've had one under my sled for the last 7500 miles or so and its works great and rarely kicks back or inflicts pain on the rider. Its common on group rides for the guys to be passing around a bottle of ibuprofen, but I don't ever need it!If there is one specific negative its the lack of weight transfer and initail hookup which will definetely hurt you in your races with buddies.I have a 136" version to try and counteract this and its still not the greatest. If you ever did this you'd want to long travel your front shocks to balance out the sled so its not nosed down in the front.
