Alright Il give this a try again. What rpm change can I expect from going to a 23 top from a 22? Dont need to know anyones opinion or setup!

I just want a plain answer what have fellow ty members noticed when they go up a tooth on there rpm?

Thank You

i'm sure it will a little but can't tell how mutch...all depend how mutch the motor will torque

geared my buddies '02 SLP piped/ported viper up, from the stock 22/38 to the srx 23/38 gearing, and seen no change on top end for the rpms. noticed it pulling a little more smoothly outta the hole and seems to have longer legs on mid-top, but that was what he was expecting and wanted.

I say maybe 200 - 300 rpm drop
Wouldn't the RPM increase if you have a smaller drive (top) gear? Less drag means the belt climbs higher in the secondary or am I still too new to understand these clutch tuning concepts?

Yes it would he is going with bigger top gear
