It all comes down to Do you want a race sled or trail sled...And for now I want a trail sled..lol But will be looking for another sled in the near future just for that... I find most people don't spend enough time on clutching and maintance...Even if you get alot of hp out of your sled it takes alot to get the power to the ground everything has to work together..I could go on and on...but that's about it in a nutshell..

listen to the pros on this one, don't waste money on reeds or pipes, get your suspension set-up, your clutch dialed, make sure your PV are clean and set, run Amsoil everywhere!!
i finally got my 2000 srx dialed in with the 8dn-20 set-up, loosened off my track quite a bit, 156 studs, i think i got my suspension dialed in right finally, and even though its set up for trail, its way quicker and faster than my buddies stock srx....i can take him by 5-6 lengths in half a mile...
