srx blowing headlights

1998 srx has blown out head and tail light,which voltage regulator controls the power to the lights? the one with the wire i=or the one that plugs in?

where are you getting two from? i see only 1

1 condenser

but to answer your q the v reg controls the HL, blue wire

I looked at the yamaha parts fich and part 20 and part 32 are both called votage regulator assembly, so the one with the pigtail wire is the one I am after correct?

my wire schematic shows what i posted above,look for the blue wire thats your target.

check for rub throws at the steering colum and at the cdi and under the engine. my 99 had all of thows and i could not keep head lights in it lol good luck
