Put on a used stator to see if mine is bad, but I didnt put any loctite on the Magneto nut.

no loctite required, but make sure you clean the threads thoroughly on both the shaft and nut with acetone or laquer thinner. torque is 80 ft lbs, typically, but you failed to mention what sled your working on.
