i've really started to notice lately that my pull cord is a lot more shorter than every other sled that i've ridden. its not that it keeps getting shorter and shorter, but that its just short in general. is that just a viper thing, or do you think i' have a problem that i need to address??

are you the original owner? guessing someone broke it once and still had enough rope left to put the handle back on and use it, or it has been changed once and didnt put the regular length back on it.
The rope gets really rubbed and worn for the first four feet, so if you're not the original owner then most likely he or she cut off the worn length and put a new knot in it. I would replace it if I were you cause if it gets worn again it will most likely fail at the most inopportune time, ie. during a trip far away from home or a shop.

haha, alright sounds like that could be the case. as soon as it gets back from the shop, i'll look into doing that.

hanging onto that beast at WOT stretched your arms. Thats why it seams shorter.
