Ferrari and McLaren have released pics of their new 10' cars, little over a month to go before the racing starts. I've been following F1 since 1988 and don't think I could live without it anymore. It's the only form of auto racing I watch since Indy and Nascar all race the exact same cars now. I'll be cheering for USF1 this year, though I doubt they'll do well at all.

I used to follow F1 every Sunday back in Argentina, I kinda lost it here....But it is awesome.....That is what I call real car races...Peugeot was my favorite brand since that is what I drove there and Ralph Schumacher was my driver of choice...

Yeah, it's hard to be a Formula 1 fan in the US. Everyone here is only interested in watching identical antiques driving around in circles with a splash of soap opera to keep it interesting. Oh, what I wouldn't give to have a Yamaha V-12.

I am big into motoGP and World Superbike. The 4 wheeled stuff does not excite me too much.

Lol, the 6-wheeler was well before my time, but none the less very different. I can't imagine how that's all coupled together. My favorite era was the mid to late 80's. 1.5 liter turbo engines putting out over 1,300 horsepower in qualifying trim, now that's impressive. That was before auto gearboxes and stability/traction control too, they must have been a handful to drive. R.I.P. Senna http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rDVx7VQFXpQ

Formula 1 racing is most excellent. Absolute pinnacle in automotive racing technology. There used to be good race coverage in the early morning hours on my local network but no more. I would love to attend the race in person in Montreal. Does anyone know if there will be a race in Montreal this year? If so, what is the date.
There is just too much BS, and politics is Nascar, Indy car and even NHRA. I am a big fan of darg racing but given all the crap that happened last year in the so called "professional" ranks, i have lost interest in NHRA races.

Hey Nicko, Team USF1 just signed Jose Maria Lopez (from Argentina) as one of their drivers. Now you can cheer for the American team with an Argentino driver. He had to pay a reported 5 million for the spot, we'll see if it was a good investment for him.

I actually got tickets to attend the race in Montreal this year. Can't wait. I used to follow F1 a lot but not so much lately. Still looking forward to the race though.
