Can I take 136 rails and bolt my w arm and other parts on from 121?

Yes 121 & 136 suspension parts interchange just different Rails and Hifax

You will need to relocate the mount holes for the center & rear bolts. try to get the measurments from a mmax or something with a 136" stock susp.
