as long as they are within specs..use them.Mine are still good after a couple seasons and still going strong.new is 34.5mm width, wear is 32.5mm width.I am at 33.5 to 34 mm yet.As long as your clutches are aligned properly.will go for a good time.
I get between 2-3000 miles on average.
I replace the belts every year on each sled, This is usually after aroung 2k miles. I put the old belt as a spare, move the spare to the trailer rack. I have never had to replace a belt midseason. This also goes for the spark plugs. Al

Most miles on a belt for me is over 5000, with over 120 miles of towing another sled. Secondary belt adjuster, and cleaning the clutches and belt after every trip helps a lot. 2-3000 is a good average for me unless I "burn" one when stuck.
