i have a 00 sxr600 jost did reed notch cleaned clutches and put all back toghether and went for a ride definitely better throttle response but while im cruisin i let off the throttle to take corner and get back on the gas and nothing i have to stop to get it going again it happened about 3 times in about 10 km any body have a clue ???

Carbs cleaned? Sounds like you need more pilot jet, or adjust the needles.

Something is not quite right with how you put the throttle cable back together and your TORS is kicking in. Check the cables over and make sure everything is seated and the cables are routed properly.

I agree looking at the TORS is in order. I had my tors switch at the carbs go out on my 02 SXR600 and it acted as you suggest. Try plugging the wires from the throttle tors into each other (they are made to do this) to see if your problem goes away. If it does replace the switch at the carbs.

agree with this but it is probably just a throttle cable adjustment needed.... do the TORS bypass to see for sure then adjust the throttle cable,

thans guys i thought it might be tors since it did not do this before i puulled apart will check out tomorow and will post back

just as u guys thought my yhrottle cable was to tight loosened and the problem was gone!!!
