Buddy of mine was working on his srx and he cleaned the carbs and reinstalled and now the 1st and 2nd carb are filling up with fuel and wont stop. I have heard of this before but forgot what it was. any ideas?

Your floats are sticking. Take them apart again. Remove the floats, then clean and inspect the needle and seat.

make sure the floats are not upside down!
