I know that the 98 vmax 500s are known for the hesitiation, bogg, when u hit the throtle, but this past weekend once the sled is warm it have a HUGE hesitation(not snappy at ALL!!!! :o| ) It takes the sled a long time to go, way longer than normal!! Does anyone no what is causing this and what I can do to fix it?

Hi there is a lot of things that you can check. Make sure that carburators are clean, reeds are not broken or chipped, good compression, good spark, clutch springs are not broken, secondary spring is in the proper position, rollers and weights are not worn, bushings in primary and secondary are not worn, and sliders in the clutch are not worn. I can't think of anything else of the top of my head.
