Now I love my Vmax 700, lots of snap to it, never lets me down enginewise, only the suspension :o| Now I went and fixed that shock mount, I had the fellow put in 7/16 bolts instead of the little ones, and I had some brackets made up that I could tack weld on. easy to remove the tack welds with a grinder, but least I have some extra security.

BUT

After looking at my track, it is a 1.25 Camo Challanger, it go chewed on one side, and has a rip on the outter edge , not all the way through, just the outside of it. Guess when the shock bar went things went a little whacky.

Now my thing is here, should I sink more cash into this sled?

Sell it?

Or get a 136 skid and track from another sled. Prefer another yammy just for the fit. I do play in a lot of powder so the 136 with a 1.25 would be nice. As I believe stock is 121? Sorry for my tardyness on yammy tracks, first yammy so..........

Or should I just go get a new track, a cheap knock off one I guess.

they will work. Find some 121 to 144's and I'll make you a deal on a 144x1.25 studded track

Look around in the classifeds. Lots of skids and tracks for sale in there. I would keep the sled and spend a few bucks to keep it in good shape for a backup sled. Those red heads are grerat. Wish I would've kept mine. :whine: Over the summer you can look for more of a mountian sled to play in the powder..
