Strapping Down A Srx

Thinking Of Strapping Down My 02 Srx For This Weekend. I Have Never Done This On A Srx Before. What Has To Be Done? Thanks

Loosen your front suspension shock springs & then measure the distance fron the top shock mount bolt to the bottom with about 1" of travel and then go to the hardware store and buy two chunks of nylon strap long enough to drill holes in to hold it down. For the rear skid you will want to pull up your limiter straps and tighten the front shock. Then loosen your rear shock to only have 1" of thread showing beyond the locking nuts. Then take a strap and go from the set of wheels below the rear scissors around and up to the axle at the rear of the shock (there is room to slip the strap in underneath where the rear shock bolts into). Tie it down so there is only 2" of travel (hope you have small hands to do this!). Hope this helps.
