So Here is my setup hcs

I have

9grams tip
center empty
6.3grams heel

50/42 dalton at 60deg
23/38gearing

So when I go from a stop it revs up emidiatly to 8500 climbs so 8550 then drops smoothly to 8100 and climbs. Im seeing 120mph-123mph on speedo.

I would like it to rev 8300 out of the whole and climb.

Would I be better off going to a 52/40 helix which should get me close or removing some tip weight and adding center weight?

Take some out of the heel & tip add to centre. Your heavy loaded heel is pulling from the tip on top & mid & vice versa. I would take out 2 grams from heel, 3 from tip & add 4 grams to inner for starters.

If you balance everything just right you will have a full steady shift right to top end ....but it,s gonna take some trial & error.

I will be going to low on sunday and ice fishing satarday morning and looking to do some rideing on satarday night, unfortunatly I broke the bolt that holds my rear shock in my edge skid. I have my fingers crossed that I get it by the weekend. Its a stupid polaris bushing/nut sholder bolt.
