Brakes Sticking

Hey guys just need a little help with my SRX. I just put all new bearings in the drivetrain and noticed today that my brakes are stuck on. What would cause this and how might one remedy this. Oh ya I probably need to replace pads too now hey?
I went for my first ride of the year today after the bearing job and replacing a bunch of parts in my M-10 and this happens.... I just can't seem to win!

Did you pull the brake rotor when you took off the chaincase? Maybe you got something back together out of sequence which moved the roter one way or the other.

Ya I pulled the whole jackshaft over but my clutches are cool so I figured I was good. I am gonna tear it apart today and have a look-see.

Same thing happened to me last year, something is most likely out of sequence on your brake assembly.
