How short is too short-Hyfax

I was in a hurry. Measured once and cut once One hyfax is about an inch shorter than the other for a Viper w/ an M-10.
Do I install it or toss it?
It looks like the rail would be o.k. based on the clearance that the rear wheels give the area in the back, but I sure would hate to be wrong.

If it is only an inch u will be ok

Did you look at the wrong side of the measured inch? I have done it so many times on different things. Don't worry, next year just be more carefull. As long as no aluminum is exposed from the rail you will be ok. Al

Yep, lined up on the wrong side using a trim saw. Nice quick cut, and too short
