Hi all, quick question for yas... will my viper start without the thermosensor??

I put a stud threw my exchanger and overheated the sled the motor got hot enough to melt it (thermosensor).....I didn't even get solid warning light i smelt something then right after the light started to flash so i shut her down. Sled will fire but will not run. Compression test 2morrow im guessing the rings are gone.

oh ya! i couldn't belive it my gloves were melting to my spark plugs, anyway just tried different plugs she fired right up 1 pull, i'll test her 2morrow see what she reads. Daman what would be unsafe compression to run at?? And are they straight across or is one cyllinder different Thanks.

well consistency is most important,hopefully we see at least 115-120
