Poke around the clutch side or where ever you hear the noise see if you can see anything hitting, check primary clutch out also.

Check to make sure you repositioned and tightened the collar that locates the drive shaft bearing on the speedo side and that the cover over the speedo bearing is tight as well.

Check the track tension to make sure it is tight enough but not too tight. As Daman suggests, check the chain tension in the chaincase. This past weekend I heard a ratcheting noise and thought it was a loose track. Finally found that the chain tension adjuster on the chaincase loosened up (I must have failed to tighten the locknut). The chain in the chaincase was the cause of the noise. Both of these problems will NOT show up by running the track on a sled stand. You need to have a load on the track. Check the chain tension and check the track tension. A bad jackshaft bearing, drive axle bearing or bearings in the chaincase can also cause some nasty noises. If you do find the source of the ratcheting was from the chain in the chaincase, you will need to drain the oil and metal debris out of the case. Pull your chaincase dipstick and look at the magnet to see if there is a fuzzy black buildup.
