Has anyone heard of the dartless product from the ty 4 stroke forums? I am trying to find where I can buy a set or at least pics to mimic the design for myself. They sound like they are the thing to have to stop all darting. Just wondering. Thanks!
Shim your skis. Darting is eliminated.

I did that and you are right, most of my darting was eliminated, however I can still feel it slightly. I figured if it is something free I can try, why not. I have also checked my steering components to ensure they are tight and checked the alignment. It is set up right with 1/8" toe out.

I know you did this but, maybe others will benefit. At times All skis/setups will grab hard or frozen ruts.
Some worth while reading on Darting and Hunting skis ! I have used the shims and ski savers with very good luck.

They work great. You will want to unshim your ski when they are installed. They guy sells them for like 40, not really worth making. I have made them before for skis he doesn't make yet. He does now make them for yamaha and C+A pro, Curve, and sly dog skis.

Thanks for the info guys! I appreciate the tips. I will have to look into these ski savers with shims. I found pics of the dartless product and made a couple today, threw them on and it was very comparable to the shims. I can't really make any judgments yet because my rubber is shot on top of my skies. I was happy with how the sled ran out today though regardless. Time will tell. I am going to the U.P. this weekend for some riding and I will have a really good idea after that how this add-on worked.

My SRX ski'd venture was the only sled of the 3 of ours that I rode this weekend that darted. I guess I need to shim it.

took my sled out last night about 40 miles on graded trail that had quite a few sled tracks in it and it handled suprisingly well. If it works this good all weekend, I will post pics when I get home to show the part I made using the information from the ty 4stoke forum posted by apexfx.
