real nice 83 vmax 540 on ebay

There's a real nice vmax 540 on ebay with only 48.5 original miles on it. It looks mint and the guy says that it sat in a barn for 20 years and he put gas in it and it started. I wish I lived closer because it would be mine! Nice sled for a collector.

First thing I noticed was the track lugs. She don't look brand new for sure.

lugs don't look worn to me.
what used to be a deep lug track is today's speed track. looks like it just picked up dust from the floor.

The sled sold for $2375.00. Buddy got a good deal. But you gotta wonder why anyone would buy a new sled and then park it for 20 years, just doesn't make much sense does it?
