Eliminating the SRX TPS

Machine is a 2000 SRX 700. I need to replace the carbs on this machine. I have a set off of a 98 SRX, but it doesn't have the throttle position sensor. Is there a way to eliminate or bypass the TPS so I can install these carbs?

For clarity: I want to bypass/remove the TPS. NOT the TORS

check out cutler performance center. they have an adapter for that. might work.

use the 98 carbs and just plug the TPS in and zip tye it off to the side some place out the way.

you may loose some low end performance and efficiency as the tps affects low end cruse.

i would keep the original carbs and tps

Is there a way to bypass the tps my 01 is throwing a code for it and its running like poop. I cant get another up here
