i think if you send the cylinder in to get renicked it should be fine to run....

Wtf !!!
I seen one once where all that was left of the piston was a coating of aluminum on the connecting rod in a thundercat. Buddies girlfriend was riding it and made it back to the yard with it after the piston went who knows how many miles beforehand. When he discovered what happened and asked her about it she said "oh, I thought it was a little bit sluggish" ...lol
nice that looks as bad as mine ....my connecting rod cut the cases in half ...made my tripple a twin

tom, you don't even need to bore it .010" over.....just "lightly deglaze" the nicassil is all that's needed here. LMAO. works cylinder and piston i've ever seen too.

think a bead hone will do...man just blew mine up too, im about to pull it down in a couple minutes, hope its not like that one. a buddy of mine blew his up last season and rode it back about 30 miles on 2 cylinders and it didnt look like that, you did a good job there goes the bottom too more than likely. sorry to see that though really puts a damper on things.
