Hello TY members. I was making a fourth wheel kit today following the Tech section. The only problem was the other spacers (collars). I measured the collar i just cut to see if it matches the stock spacers (collar). It was only 26mm and the one i cut was 28mm which the tech section recommends.
My stock is warnt out, I was wandering if anyone has the measurements for the 2 outside spacers? They are warnt too for sure.

Your collar isnt wore down. When i did my 4th wheel kit the original collar was smaller than the tech section directions. So i ordered new ones for the heck of it and when they came they were the same size as my stock one. So what i did was used the stock size then took the collar with the bearing on top of it and took that measurement. Thats what i cut out of the long main collar and it matched up perfect. Did this with both my vipers and no problems at all. Let me know if you need more help.
