2000 SRX trouble code

hey lads, my srx is giving me a trouble code after it starts, the 3 flashes on start up which is normal then after about 30 seconds it gives two long flashes then one quick one and continues on. any ideas.

sounds like a tps problem ..maybe short wire or circuit open
