I'm building a drag sled and I am getting all the quick flush stuff together and I removed the thermostat but then I was tol. I have to have it in does this make sense? I'm not using any coolers and sled is a improver

WHEN YOU SAY QUICK FLUSH, I ASSUME YOU MEAN COOLDOWN ? ANYWAYS DON,T RUN A THERMOSTAT, JUST GIVE YOUR SLED GOOD WARM UP TIME. ESPECIALLY IN VERY COLD TEMPS. 3:16 (yammie tony)

You need to remove the t-stat to run a cool down cart or it will close as it cools, no good, like God said, let it warm up good on cold days. By the way did ya get my pics? You need it?

yea i thought that you remove the whole piece but someone said you remove the thermostat but you keep a plate in there with 3/8ths hole through it or somthing along those lines. yea i got the pics and its my cousin that is interested in it but i have to wait until i can show him pics

you need to plug the upper bypass hose or you will keep recirculating hot fluid into the motor. drill a small hole thru the plug for bleed off.
