Run the stock mounts.

I have had what were called "super stock" harder rubber motor mounts just on the front. Seems to help limit engine movement. Think I bought them from Maxximum Performance (gone now)...
I just run the stock mounts, no problems yet.

25 shipped in the us 30 for powder coated
I had heard of a sled that had a problem with running out of fuel, cause was foaming in the bowl, changed out the harder mounts for stock ones and it was fixed. I would think that solid mounts would cause a worse case of vibration.

That is correct. Harder mounts do tend to reduce the dampening, and cause more vibration. Sometimes we are forced to run softer or longer intake manifolds to compensate, or add weight to the carburetors.

I have replaced the front rubber mounts with hockey pucks and have had great luck.
