1. Well I cleaned the clutches.
2. Took them apart to check everything out.
3. cleaned the sheaves of the glaze.
4. Cleaned new belt and put it on.
5. checked the offset.
6. checked center to center
7. primary spring is black with blue. (maybe bender)
8. secondary spring is black with green dot
9. has bender helix (9760 - 49/45)
10. secondary spring is 80*
11. 2 washers in the secondary
11. engages at 4100-4200 rpm
12. 136 track with STOCK ENGINE
Well after all this work my belt height is way to low. I tried the oem spring deg and it was worse. I tried different deg with and without bolts and washers.
I found out that at 90 deg on the spring and the bolts and washers out the belt is just about right but could go up a little. I think with the bolts and washers in it will have to be at 100* then it should be fine.
It shows that the secondary spec is 60* not 80*
What would you do? What is the problem?
I am not sure what to do

Is 90* to much?
