hey guys...this morning i was about to put more studs in my 99 srx and i noticed the track is in bad shape and has to be replaced asap, doesnt look very safe, quite a few windows torn out. I plan on running 144-196 studs on the stock suspension except for adj transfer rods, so which track do you guys recommend I buy that i can run with studs/stock suspension? I do mostly lake riding and trail cruising....and a bit of radar/drag runs a season. I would really like a 1.25" track for blasting across the lake but I dont want to remove my heat exchanger protectors...so i guess i'm left with buying another 1" track??? thanks

Hacksaw is better for packed snow and 6 pitch/predator for looser snow, these are probably your best choices for a 1" track.

I am running a Camoplast Energy 1" pre-drilled in the center, 144 studs w/ double backers every other rib. It is cheaper and lighter and after 1000 miles I like it better than the Hacksaw and Predator I had in all conditions. ;)!

There is also an energy on mine and I actually like it. Cheaper as it is it works well. I just think a hachsaw would be that much better.

camo preditor 6 pitch will be the fastest 1in tack that will give up the least traction, I think the number is 9830 and 9837. These tracks also work best with center studding as there are few paddles in the middle to pump less air. There is a polaris version of this track you can sometimes find a little cheaper.
