hey guys...I'm trying to tighten up my limiter straps for some ice runs but i am having a real hard time tightening them. they are backed all the way off right now but when i try to tighten the top nut after the bottom nut is loosened off, the top nut is so hard and tight that the strap wants to twist too. Should i have someone sit on the sled while i tighten the straps or hang the back end up so there is no pressure on the suspension? any input or advice is appreciated. thanks
you need to relieve some spring preasure when pulling up thelimiters. I just put a screw driver in the limitier bolt loop and hold it while turning the nut.

the nut could be rusted onto the threads.Last year I put a wrench on 1 nut to turn it and BINGO the nut and thread came off as one..broke .So had to go get my spare straps and re-install new one .
