While doing my post ride inspection i noticed my pipes melted the plastic cover from the PV cable. The PV works fine and no other damage is done. Is the cable fine? Im planing on just wraping it with some heat tape to prevent further melting unless anyone thinks i may have a problem. Im running CPR's. Anyone else have this problem? Thanks, CC

Cable should be fine theres a steel sheath core that the cable rides in,just looks like hell now.

Looks like hell it does. I'll just wrap it in heat tape to prevent anymore damage. Rode all year with no problems and now it melted. Never even crossed my mind it would be a problem. Thanks Daman! CC
