Hi, I am in the process of re-clutching my 98 srx700. I am going to try one of Turk's suggestions: 48/42 Helix, 89a-10 w/4.5g rivet in 1st hole and .8g in tip, 2-3 engagement shims, b-w-b primary spring, stock secondary spring. Are all brands of helixes created equal? A lot of people seem partial to dalton. MCB performance sells dalton's for $90. Anybody have good luck purchasing a dalton helix from MCB (http://www.mcbperformance.com/clutch.html)
Thanks

If you run a dalton it will be different to turks 48/42 advantage I beleive you would want about a 52/46 dalton. They are not as agressive as the advantage. What ever helix you go with stick with that brand, so when you change a degree or 2 your not all over the place.
