is there a similarity red/green spring and wrap

Is there one between the 2 springs with the right wrap to have the same effect.In other words does a red spring with 80 degree wrap maybe equal a green spring with a 60 degree wrap.That is what I mean?? Is there a formula fort matching them up to act the same or not???

I am running my SRX with stock clutching basically today.If she over revs with red spring at 80 and stock helix,can I then try green spring at 60 or would that still increase my rpm's????.Don't know if it is healthy running a red at 90 wrap..some guys do I guess.
