changed shocks and a limit straps and a bunch of stuff in my 93 phazer and when i put the suspension back in it tends to collapse in the back.
that pivoting arm right before the rear wheels collapses down into the track
and before i put the skid back in it was collapsing back into those wheels
i can only assume its somthing to do with the new limiter strap i put in the rear but i dont really understand whats going on. is the strap too lose and causing the suspension to over extend?
im going to shorten the strap and see how that works but dont wanna just guess at what the problem is

you have to loosen things up again and make sure the pivot arm is not folded frontward..but towards the back.It collapses to the rear wheel side when working properly. You just installed everything and didn't watch which way it was collapsing.Did that once to and actuallybent the 2 flat cross braces that are on each side of the rear shock.Had to drop the skid in the back again by loosening the 4 rear skid bolts on the tunnel and get that arm to pivot back before I bolted the shock end back up to tunnel.

Our sleds are different, but still see which way the pivot arms swings before tightening things up
