believe it.Last Saturday was on the RED,today I would of been under the water. My yard is just full of water now..trying to get pumps going.I t will be getting cold by the weekend..so keep the sled ready for a ride.

I went out on the sled Friday, Saturday and Sunday on Monday I was riding the Harley to work this has been a very strange winter. :dunno: :dunno:

Down here by the coast we haven't had snow for almost 6 weeks. :o| :o|

Last year I didnt get the bike out till the first week of April.

On Tuesday the snow on my front lawn was up to my knees. Today, its grass. I was raking the winter "crap" up this morning....... odd.

We had awesome trails & good powder last weekend. This weekend we are done!!!!

This was a bad season for most of us. It sure did end too quick. Hopefully we willhave a better season next year. It's a good thing I like working on the sleds almost a much as I like riding them. I have alot to do before next season: 1. get the 03 RX-1 ready for next season, 2. complete rebuild of the engine on my first 2000 SRX followed by getting the entire sled ready and 3. assembling my second 2000 SRX, it is completely disassembled, cleaned, parts powder-coated and ready for assembly. We going to have good seasons and bad seasons, just part of a sledder's life.

After I get the sleds ready, I be getting the bikes ready. I'd love to take a road trip on the bike to visit TY members.

It was the warmest winter on record for all of Canada.A 80 year old record broken....what the hell is the next season going to be..the same.As long as El nino hangs around,|I am afraid it is.

Jeff and Scott.Look at FRI/Sat/Sun weather. In the minus temps again and calling for 5 cm of snow again.-4 high on Sat..whohooo!!I'll be riding my old Cat out on that..unless there is more snow..the 600 comes out.Hope we get a major storm yet...hoping. ;)!

Here's my back yard last Sunday afternoon. Just came back from a short 30 mile ride.

And here's the same area of the back yard today. Unreal how fast the snow went. Last year we did an afternoon of water skipping out there. This year we didn't due to all the exposed rocks!

I'm west of thunder bay and we got only 16-20" this winter, and usually get 3-4' at least. We were the warmest place in canada yesterday. It was plus 20c on the lake ice fishing. Last weekend we had 9" of snow on 2 feet of ice and last night the ice lifted and there's no snow and 16" of ice. I have never seen this kinda weather in my lifetime here. Last year this time we were riding 3 feet of nice spring condition snow and this year its brown sh*t!! Hope next year is better.

Jeff..they updated forecast for us..Back to -15 to -18 nights on weekend.Calling for up to 7 cm's of snow..mostly on Monday. Please let it snow some more. That would be almost 3" if it comes true...... :dunno: :letitsnow :letitsnow

It would have to snow 12 inches before I will take the sleds out again.3 inches is just enuf to make for dangerous obstacles under the snow. Had a good season of sledding.

2 to 3 inches and I am out there on the 600 for sure..didn't get enough riding in this time around..late season and all.I have alot of snow along the tree line here yet and in the yard.So 3 inches on top of that and I will be doing some backflips over the hills..lol.

How are the dirt bikes doing Scott. Can't wait to take them out for a rip thru the mud here.I want to run up and down the property next to my neighbors early Sunday morning just to piss him off.The guy is just crazy and to payback for them snowmobile runs on that Polaris with the f'in TO LOUD aftermarket Can on that sled that basically shaked the whole house when he pinned it.Payback is b*tch isn't it..lol

Waiting on top end parts for the 250, got a wiseco prolite topend kit including gaskets for 175 shipped should have it by tomorrow. Shes in pieces right now hopfully be up and running by next week. The cr500 is always ready to go. Never let me down, just very difficult to kick over and impossible to start if things get slippery. I always tell my buddys that wanna ride it if they can start it they can ride it, one time one of my buddys actually started it and ended up looping it out.
